Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Dream Furniture PK, we take quality and packaging seriously. Because furniture items are large and often made-to-order, our return/refund policy depends on the product type and issue.


1) Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • You received a wrong item (different from the confirmed order)
  • The item arrived damaged during delivery
  • The item has a manufacturing defect (verified by our team)

2) Custom / Made-to-Order Items

Custom sizes, custom carving, or special polish/shade orders are generally non-returnable because they are made specifically for you. However, if there is a verified manufacturing defect or delivery damage, we will support you with repair/replacement options as per the case.

3) Damage During Delivery (Important)

Please inspect your order at delivery time. If you notice damage:

  • Record a clear unboxing video (recommended)
  • Take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged area
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Claims reported late may not be eligible, because courier/shipping verification becomes difficult.

4) What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wood grain variations (natural wood)
  • Minor color/polish difference due to lighting or camera
  • Damage due to customer handling after delivery
  • Wear and tear, scratches after usage
  • Changes of mind after confirmation (especially for custom orders)

5) Refund Policy

If approved, refunds are processed based on the payment method used (bank transfer / online payment / etc). Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable (unless the issue is due to our error)
  • For large furniture items, reverse pickup may not be available in all cities (case-based)

6) Exchange / Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Repair/part replacement (for minor defects)
  • Exchange with adjustment in price (case-based)

7) Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations depend on production status:

  • Before manufacturing starts: cancellation may be possible
  • After manufacturing starts: cancellation may not be possible (especially for custom orders)

If any advance payment was made, it may be adjusted according to the work already completed.

8) How to Request a Return / Claim

Please contact us with:

  • Order details (product name, city, date)
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem
