At Dream Furniture PK, delivery charges vary by city and the size/weight of your order. We use protective packing designed for large furniture and coordinate delivery across Pakistan.
1) Shipping Coverage
We deliver across Pakistan. Remote/less-accessible locations may require additional handling time or cost.
2) How Delivery Charges Are Calculated
Your delivery charge depends on:
- Destination city/zone
- Order size (Small / Medium / Large / Extra-Large)
- Special handling (stairs, narrow access, multiple items, fragile carving)
Final delivery charges are always confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
3) Shipping Zones (Pakistan)
We group cities into zones for pricing. If your city is not listed, contact us for a quote.
- Zone A (Major Cities): Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot
- Zone B (Large Cities): Karachi, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sargodha, Bahawalpur
- Zone C (Other Cities/Remote Areas): Quetta, Sukkur and other cities (quote-based)
4) Order Size Categories
Order size is determined by item dimensions + packaging volume (and sometimes weight).
- Small: Flower stands, small decor items, small tables (single small package)
- Medium: Consoles, tea trolleys, medium tables (1–2 packages)
- Large: Big tables/sets, heavy carved items (oversized packages)
- Extra-Large: Jhoolay, large sets, bulky furniture (custom packing / special transport)

6) Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, route conditions, or courier schedules.
7) Packaging & Handling
We use a protective packing system suitable for large furniture:
- Corner protection
- Foam + wrapping layers
- Strong outer packing (custom large boxes for furniture)
- Careful loading/handling during dispatch
8) Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, rescheduling costs (if any) may apply.
9) Receiving Your Order (Important)
- Please inspect the package and product upon delivery.
- If you notice visible damage, take photos/video immediately and contact us the same day.
- Keep the packaging until the product is confirmed in good condition.
10) Self Pickup (Optional)
If you prefer, you may pick up your order from Chiniot, Punjab, Pakistan (by appointment).
